Welcome to Chair Yoga!

I first learned about the benefits of yoga in my twenties, soon after becoming chronically ill. As my health challenges progressed, so did my interest in creating a yoga practice for people of all ages. Yoga can be accessible for just about everyone. Chair yoga is one way of creating a supported, accessible practice. I hope you find something here to encourage you to explore the practice of yoga for yourself!

At present, I am not teaching classes due to health challenges, but I am not standing still. I’m still learning! I am presently undertaking Wheelchair Yoga training with Yoga Vista Academy, and I hope to bring more to your practice in the future.
